Philosophy
Process your emotions …
It can be tricky navigating life’s challenges. Experiences such as loss, conflict and unexpected changes can seem overwhelming. Sometimes there’s no clear reason why life seems difficult, and we just need a safe space to be seen and heard. A space where as an individual, couple, or family we can work through what’s happening and find a way to move forward.

Counselling provides a respectful and non-judgemental place where we can pause and reflect, and with support and guidance, be empowered with the tools and resources we need to step into a positive future.

I am a counselling professional trained in systemic individual, couple and family work and I see clients face-to-face and online. I work from a trauma-informed attachment-focused base to help you develop the skills you need to work through life's complexities.

My practice is characterised by inclusivity, respecting all client relationships. It is within this collaborative space that we explore effective strategies together, working towards overcoming obstacles and cultivating a path forward in your unique journey.
The present moment is the only time in which we can touch life.

Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
Sometimes we need assistance tackling the complexities of life. We can experience, loneliness, lack of connection, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief loss, unexpected changes, trauma, a range of issues which can be overcome with the help of a trusted other. Counselling is a safe space for self-discovery and finding meaning. It encourages authenticity and allows you to experiment with your true self. This supportive environment is not just about exploring the present but also envisioning and testing potential paths for a more meaningful and connected future.
COUPLES COUNSELLING
Navigating a relationship with our intimate other can present unique challenges. The stresses of life professionally and personally can impact even the most stable relationships, leading to a sense of disconnection. Sometimes frustration sets in, feelings of isolation and resentment begin to arise, and the road back to intimacy can seem daunting. Couples counselling offers a sanctuary to take a moment from life's chaos and allow for the rediscovery of closeness and a renewed connection. Through guided communication and reflection, couples can rebuild their relationship.
FAMILY COUNSELLING
When families function harmoniously, they serve as a resilient and nurturing foundation—a secure haven during challenging times in both our inner and outer worlds. Recognising that the broader world can be demanding, family counselling integrates a trusted ally who collaborates with the entire family. Through collective efforts, we'll navigate obstacles, fostering a path forward that strengthens the family as a whole. In this shared journey, we cultivate resilience, empathy, and understanding, fostering deeper connections and reinforcing familial bonds.
